These items are shipped via UPS or another parcel service. They require some assembly and come with instructions. We ordered two of the rocking chairs and a side table with custom engraving. All the pieces came in two boxes (fairly heavy so have an extra set of hands or something that rolls to help bring the boxes to your installation area). The instructions were clear and the quality of the wood was good. Remember, these are made from actual wine barrels so there will be flaws (don’t expect perfection with colors). Instructions were clear however, there were no instructions for installing the table legs to the table top so be prepared (easy to do) but just not included. Everything was put together with a cordless screwdriver, a regular screwdriver and a small hammer. Takes about 20-40 minutes for the first chair and about 15 minutes for the second chair once you know what you’re doing. 5 minutes for the table legs. These chairs are super unique and will get lots of compliments. I would suggest paying the extra money for the covers. We live in Utah and you’re going to want to make sure you take care of your chairs. We also opted for the oil to ensure the chairs and table always look good. Overall, I give the chairs, table and the company a 10 out of 10 with a 5 star rating.

love them. hard to install the rocker legs…they didn’t seem to completely align as there is separation between back boards so some exposed screw. hope they last- look great!
