Purchase Terms

All sales are final. Chairs do not come with a warranty and maintenance is up to the buyer. It is important to aware of our purchase terms and shipping methods. We have on-hand stock for some items, however if it is a busy week or we have an order that we do not have on-hand stock and need to build new pieces to fill the order, we will need a lead time of up to 5 weeks to build and assemble your piece(s) before shipping. For any orders that can be filled with on-hand stock, we will usually be shipped within 3 business days of purchase but on occasion it can take longer.

As with all custom made items, each piece of furniture is a unique work. We do not offer refunds due to aesthetic expectations. Wine barrels are all unique and have unique markings, stains and blemishes. They also have unique shapes. Some have more pronounced curves than others. Some have thicker staves. This all creates different chairs and no two will be exactly alike. Therefore the item you see in the picture will look a little different than the item you receive.  If  you would like to be able to select from available stock, please send us an email and we will try to accommodate you. In cases where we need to custom build your item to fill the order we will not be able to accommodate this type of request.

Shipping Terms

Unless you are receiving a local delivery or if contact us for a custom shipping arrangement, we ship all Adirondack Chairs, Rocking Chairs, Dining Chairs, and barrel top tables un-assembled via UPS. We have improved our shipping boxes and protection and have only rarely had damaged items in transit. This saves our customers A lot of time and money on shipping and allows us to offer free shipping. If you would prefer to have your item shipped fully assembled, please contact us for a custom quote and order arrangement.

The most affordable way for people living in Sonoma County or nearby areas would be local delivery or pickup at our location at 36 North St. in Healdsburg CA.

Damaged Item in Transit

We pack our items very well and rarely have damaged issues. However when it happens, we can send a replacement piece for the specific part damaged at no extra cost. Occasionally the item may be so damaged that we will need to ship a full replacement. When this happens we need you to take a photo of the shipping box and the item so we can use for our records to deal with the shipping company.

Available Shipping Methods

We use GSO logistics for California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Arizona and UPS for all other states.

Shipping Times:

California, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, and Arizona are 1-2 day shipping using GSO.

All other states are 3-5 days depending on UPS delivery schedule.

Free Local Delivery

We will deliver your order anywhere in Sonoma County, or possibly a little further for an additional fee. Please contact us using the contact page to discuss arrangements.

Ground Shipping:

  • Most items are shipped via UPS.
  • Small Items – $12.99 shipped via UPS or another expedited carrier. We bundle small item orders and you save on shipping.
  • Medium Items (barrel top table, ottomans)- $29.99 shipped via UPS or another expedited carrier.  These can fit into a  box and be delivered via expedited service.  Most shipments outside of the West Coast will take about 5 business days unless combined with large items.
  • Large Items (Adirondack Chairs, Rocking Chairs, Dining Chairs) – $50 for each large item shipped via UPS. We can bundle items and save money on shipping.
