1How long is shipping time?
Most orders arrive within 3 weeks. But depending on how busy we are, logistics issues with barrels, natural disasters (our shop is in California Wildfire country) and the order size, it can take more than 5 weeks. Most chairs and tables are made to order, but sometimes we have an inventory build up. In these events, it usually only takes a 3-5 days to fill an order and ship. Shipping is through UPS ground, and does not take more than 5 days to anywhere in the country.
For local pickups and delivery, we can usually have your chair delivered within 5 business days.

4Are your chairs warrantied?
Because there are many factors that can contribute to our wooden furniture's durability, we do not offer a warranty on our chairs. However, we are usually able to help a customer who experiences an unfortunate break with their chairs, if it has only been in use for a short time. If your chairs breaks, please contact us to find a solution.
5What is the weight limit on your chairs?
Unless a support stave has undetected cracks or weaknesses, our chairs can support 250lbs without a problem. For customers who need support for heavier weights, please let us know and we can reinforce your support legs with extra steel bracing.
6Can your products be used outside?
Yes! Our chairs and tables are able to withstand indoor and outdoor use. We recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight. The more direct exposure to the elements (sun, rain, snow) the more maintenance they will require.
7How do I maintain my furniture?
We recommend adding a coat of linseed oil 2-4 times a year or as needed depending on exposure to elements like sun, rain and snow. You may use other treatments as well such as teak oil or tung oil. For cutting boards, you can use any food grade cutting board oil.
8What happens if an item arrives broken?
Contact us either by phone or email, and let us know and we'll send a replacement part.
9Is assembly required?
If you select your order for local delivery (available only to local zip codes) or pickup, your chair or table will be fully assembled.
If you are having your items shipped, we build your chairs and tables by hand and when the build quality meets our satisfaction level for quality, we take them apart to ship. They come with instructions and do not take long to assemble with a screwdriver or drill.
10What if I am not satisfied with the product?
We stand by our craftsmanship, but because each chair is a unique piece of work from reclaimed materials, we cannot guarantee a uniform look. Chairs will have stain marks and blemishes from their previous lives as wine barrels. Therefore we only warranty the chair if they break during the assembly process, not if they do not meet personal expectations for colors, markings, or other visual imperfections.
11Can I trust your shopping cart with my credit card info?
We use a 256 bit SSL certificate to transfer your credit card data to our 3rd party payment processor, Stripe, which is the industry leader for small businesses on the web. We do not store your credit card information on our website and our system is fully PCI compliant. If you have any concerns using your credit card, please use PayPal instead.
